The industrial inline heater assembly is constructed of a screw plug or flange mount immersion heater installed into a tank or vessel.  The circulation vessel typically includes a mating heater fitting, inlet/outlet nozzles, drain, and insulated shroud to help prevent heat loss.

Durex designs and manufactures a full range of both standard and custom electric inline heaters, also referred to as “circulation heaters”, designed for heating flowing liquids, air and gases for industrial applications. Ideal for applications such as clean and process water, mild and corrosive solutions, fuel, hydraulic oils, and purified and inert gases.

Each engineered solution is available in a variety of capacities, operating temperatures, power ratings and materials of construction to fit each unique requirement.  Refer to circulation heaters for the appropriate specifications & options for details.

Durex Industries is also an authorized ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Section VIII Division 1 Code shop with National Board Repair “R” Stamp capability.  Durex can design and fabricate “U” stamp heaters and vessels up to 3,000 psig MAWP or 1500°F design ratings.
