Durex Industries' cast circulation heaters are compact, electric in-line solutions engineered for fast and reliable heating of liquids and gases. Featuring a cast-in aluminum heat exchanger, these heaters deliver indirect fluid heating—creating a clean, controlled thermal environment ideal for sensitive applications.

This indirect design helps prevent thermal degradation of oils and viscous fluids, a common issue with direct immersion heating, while also protecting heating elements from corrosive exposure.

Thanks to aluminum’s superior thermal conductivity, cast circulation heaters offer:
  • Rapid thermal response
  • Precise temperature control
  • Long-lasting performance
