  • Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) up to 1500°F (816°C)

    For high-accuracy temperature measurements in a variety of industrial and commercial air/gas applications, Durex Industries offers RTD’s with either Platinum, Nickel, or Nickel Iron elements.

    Cary, IL – 2-, 3- and 4-wire styles are standard with an assortment of connections, mounting hardware and enclosures offered to suit harsh chemical, immersion and other heavy-duty requirements. Durex also offers RTD’s for high-pressure applications to 5000 PSI as well as sanitary-grade stainless steel hardware, when needed.

    Sealed leadwire transition eliminates contamination, while operating temperatures to 1500°F (816°C) are achievable with these sensors. An optional internal thermocouple can be located at various points for precise temperature control.

    Immersion RTD’s are available with threaded housings or thermowells and sealed terminal leads. Surface-mount styles can be supplied with block, spade or adhesive patch type mounting hardware plus Fiberglass, Mica/Fiberglass, Teflon or PVC leadwires. Various braiding or armor cable shielding is also available.
